The rhythmic, circular movements of mace flow naturally quiet mental chatter and release tension stored in the shoulders, spine, and hips. This creates a meditative “flow state” that helps employees decompress, regulate their nervous system, and return to work feeling grounded and centered.

For sound healing, it’s great to have a comfortable chair such as a gravity chair or recliner. You can also use a yoga mat and blanket to lay on the floor. If your facility doesn’t have gravity chairs or yoga mats, they make a great addition, as they’re both affordable and easy to store and maintain. You can give them to your team or clients as a gift so they can continue their practice at home.
The same goes for practices with the clubs and mace. We can help you to purchase these, that can be given to your team as a take-home gift. Many sets cost less than $40 USD.
